360 Manhood and Womanhood Development and Training Programs
Our 360 Manhood and Womanhood development and training programs are committed to self-development while also making our communities safe, clean, and successful. We do this through education, economic development, and empowerment that provides strategic methods to unite people within disenfranchised areas, focusing on community development, education, information, health, trade & commerce, defense, justice, agriculture, science & technology (STEM), and arts and culture. Our unique community-based leadership development programs are specifically designed to prepare young men and women ages 14-21 for a successful transition into adulthood and those 21-35 to be responsible, respectful stewards and public servants and break the stigma of school to prison pipeline for young black boys and men. The 12-week programs place an emphasis on mental, emotional, financial, community and spiritual development to help them succeed in today’s world. Furthermore, participation in our programs provides employment thus addressing social and economic needs of our participants.
